BACKGROUND

Born in Virginia and raised in both Maine and in Towson, Maryland. Andy learned a great deal regarding business and global economics ‘growing up around the coffee table’ from his parents who provided a wealth of their real world business experience, including senior level management and as a college professor of business.

During and after his college years Andy worked in sales and marketing, with great success, for seven years. He also taught a business course at a local community college.  Initially Andy was planning on working for A.G. Edwards & Sons (who’d been recruiting him during his college and sales career); however, in 1994 he recognized a calling to enter into the ministry.  Andy has over 25 years of full-time ministry experience and has served as the Senior Pastor at the Milford Church of God since 2007.  In addition, Andy serves his community as a volunteer for the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Milford on the Joint Economic Task force (served as chairperson for 5 years).   Andy also serves as the chaplain and volunteer firefigther for the Carlilse Fire Company 42 in Milford.

Andy began serving business and church leaders in the late 90's and has never looked back.  Adding value to others, reducing the stress that leaders face, and helping leaders to experience better outcomes allows Andy to truly be "An Ambassador of Hope" well beyond the walls of the church he serves.

Andy has been happily married to his lovely wife, Jennifer since 1995. They own a home in Milford, DE and are the proud parents of their adult son, Micah who is off to an amazing start in life.
